Our in-house facilities can accommodate structures up to five metres cubed, with a lifting capacity of ten tonnes, allowing us to handle everything from small individual pieces to large, complex assemblies. With specialised spray bake ovens, we can apply both 2K and single-pack paints at controlled baking temperatures up to 60 degrees at any time of year.

For projects requiring powder coating, we work with a fully approved network of specialist vendors to deliver coatings on fabrications of any size. Our process includes tailored pre-treatment options and a wide selection of colours and finishes, ensuring optimal adhesion, durability, and corrosion resistance. Whether the requirement is for protection, endurance, or an aesthetic finish, our powder coating services complement our traditional industrial painting capabilities, offering clients a complete surface finishing solution under one roof.
